Anatoly Baklagin, the chef of Sakhalin restaurant on Rosa Khutor, prepared a lean menu for the guests, among the dishes in which: roll with avocado, mango and chimichurri sauce, artichoke hummus with tomatoes and tapioca chips, green salad with strawberries, avocado and edamame, gyojo with morels and black truffle, vegetable pie with pistachio pesto. Desserts daifuku with strawberries and wagashi with mango.
